Old Vincent had a way with horror; like a velvet glove that barely covers the outreaching talons of a ravenous beast, so his gentle voice barely hid the insane menace that was always lurking just below the surface. In Corman's The Pit and the Pendulum, you could just see his movie personna swing from sensitive gentleman to maniac torture murderer happening with such grace and style...

Dear Dawn, this is a great picture of Vincent! Love the lighting on his face...perfect!

Thanks so much for the kind words that you left on my p-blog...it will serve as a reminder for me to treasure every minute that I spend with my love ones. I dread the day that my daughter doesn't want me to hug and kiss her in public...LOL. Sorry for the continued haphazard revisits...things are still settling, but hope to see you again soon.
