I love your sepia rose series. The colours add to the timeless image.

@Yvon: Thank you Yvon, I enjoy shooting in sepia mode for a lot of images but it doesn't get the attention that B&W or color seem to get. Sepia adds warmth, isn't harsh and is kind of timeless when used on the right subjects.

@DTW: Thank you, yes these are on the side of my home. I have about five different colored rose bushes. They are not the large version, I think they are called "dwarf" roses.
Although sepia is a time honoured effect, it's kind of unusual to see it used with flowers...roses in particular ( being so rich in colour). it is very effective especially with the depth of field thing...that's what it's called isn't it, when one thing is in focus and the rest isn't?
